I am someone who enjoys the journey of faith with my wife Layne and my daughter Willow. People are often surprised to find out that I was a wrestler. I’m excited about The Zoe Project because I think it’s important to reach out to young adults and I look forward to working with the team from Paoli Presbyterian.

Life has been a collection of moments, strange and wonderful, which are the sum total of yesterday leaving the future to be a work in progress. People are often surprised to find out that I was at one point in a touring band. I’m excited about The Zoe Project because it presents an opportunity to extend our community in new and radical ways. People are often surprised to find out that I have been involved in the Philadelphia underground punk and emo music scene for years. I’m excited about The Zoe Project because I would love to see and be apart of a huge presence of young adults at PPC being involved in ministry outreach locally and worldwide, worship, small groups, etc.

I am a Jesus-loving, west-coast hailing, PCUSA pastoring, PhD student wifeing, Bachelor/Bachelorette-addicted mom of two who spends all my “free” time running, drinking wine, and/or dreaming up new projects for my house. People are often surprised to find out that I can sing pretty well. When I graduated high school, I was torn between pursuing a calling to ministry or a career on Broadway. We see which one won out.

I’m excited about The Zoe Project because this came at just the right time. The 505 is at this wonderfully liminal moment. At just over 3 years old, we’ve created something dynamic and exciting. But it’s time to move into a new season of outreach together. I wasn’t exactly sure how to do that, so I am so thrilled to have this opportunity to learn, dream and create together.
